In this pivotal role, you’ll manage and analyze data related to customer complaints and grievance redressal. Your insights will directly support decision-making, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📍 Location: Head Office, Naraina, New Delhi


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports on grievance handling.
  • Analyze and validate customer data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track KPIs and SLA compliance for grievance resolution.
  • Create dashboards, performance reports, and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data reporting and automation of MIS processes.

🎓 Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in MIS/reporting roles, preferably in customer service.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerPoint
    • Power BI/Tableau
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Experience with customer grievance systems is a plus

You’ll be working closely with experienced leaders in a role that combines data, strategy, and customer satisfaction – all from centrally located office in New Delhi.
